What this site does
You can browse payment-processing information, describe your business and request contact about possible options. Sending this form does not open a Commas account, activate payments, approve your business or create a payment-processing agreement. This form does not collect a payment from you.
Information you submit
Provide accurate contact and business information and submit only on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorized to represent. Do not conceal a restricted activity, impersonate another person or submit sensitive documents, card numbers or bank credentials. Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or access other people’s records.
Rates and business review
The advertised all-in processing rate as low as 3% is a starting offer for qualifying Commas businesses after review. The advertised rate includes interchange and card-network processing fees. Actual rates depend on industry, volume and risk. Commas and its payment partners determine eligibility, pricing, reserves and payout terms; confirm the final written terms before activation.
No category listing, lead score, form submission or account creation guarantees approval, a specific rate or a provider match.
Referrals and other providers
Unsupported or restricted enquiries can remain in the operator’s inbox for discussion. Details are shared with a potential alternative provider only with your permission. A provider introduction is not an endorsement of every service or an assurance of acceptance. Review that provider’s offer and agreements independently.
External accounts and agreements
The Commas account link takes you to an external signup process. Account services, transactions and disputes there are governed by the agreements applicable to that provider. See the Commas terms reference. This site does not decide provider refunds, reserves, underwriting or payouts.
